Because then you can change what you did to die so that you don't die that way :D
Because if I knew when I was going to die, I'd live the rest of my life knowing how close I am to dying, which would affect me mentally and physically.
If I knew when, I'd be paranoid until that day comes. I think too much, soooo...

If I know how I'm going to die, I won't be able to have fun because I'll be too paranoid just waiting and wondering which activity will lead to my death. If I know when I will die, I can prepare myself and make my last dreams come true (like a bucket list).
It provides the knowledge of how long you have to accomplish your bucket list so you can plan to do all of the things you would like to do.

Cause a few years before you will die, you can do all of the things on your bucket list.

I want to know how long I last, and if I don't last long, then I will have to do all the things I want to do.

If you know you'll die by a certain something, then you always will be freaking out about it. Ergo, you think you'll die by plane, you can't visit another country!
If I know how, then I'll be depressed if it's something bad or painful.
It's not important how you die; it's about when you die that counts.
If I know when I'll die ahead of time, then at least I can try to live each day to the fullest.
That will give me a hint of how; if I die when I'm like 27, then I will probably die of drugs, drinking, car accident, or murder. But if I live to be like 80, then I would die of old age or old age problems.
You can at least prepare yourself for it. If you knew how, it's not great because it can happen any time, unless you die naturally.
Because then I have a tiem frame for what I want to accomplish before I die. If I know how I'll die, I'd probably just spend my whole life worrying how to stop it (which wouldn't be possible).

God says that we shouldn't know how or when something happens, but if I had to choose, it would be when so that I could live every day to the fullest instead of being paranoid of like a car crash that is supposed to kill me.

It depends on what kind of "strong" you are talking about. I would rather be strong emotionally and mentally than be graceful, but if you mean strong physically... then I'd rather be graceful because body doesn't really matter if you know how to move well.

Strength is great if you're a guy, but when you're a woman, you want to be described as "graceful" and "elegant." Let's put it this way: no one ever described Audrey Hepburn as "strong," haha!
