Teen Read Week Survey

About SmartGirl

SmartGirl is a parent-friendly website for and by teen girls, ages 12-19. With over 14,000 pages of user-written content, SmartGirl is the leading online destination for teen girls interested in expressing their views and voicing their opinions. Packed with audience-generated reviews, surveys, games and message boards, SmartGirl is where teen girls come to interact and talk about everything from the latest movies and hottest fashion trends to everyday issues like school, relationships and navigating adolescence.

Launched in 1996, SmartGirl is the pioneer in giving girls space on the Internet that is all their own.

SmartGirl is the website of SmartGirl Internette Inc., an entertainment company for girls. As part of our revenue-generating activities, we provide anonymous market research for companies and organizations interested in hearing from teens or in making better products for girls. Our market research offers companies, journalists and not-for-profits the opportunity to learn about the ever-changing and hard-to-reach teen-girl market by hearing from the real experts—the girls themselves.

Of course, protecting the privacy of our users is a top priority at SmartGirl Internette. We do not use the data we collect to create personalized advertising opportunities for marketers. The girls on our site are safe because our privacy policy is simple: We never distribute personally identifiable information about our community, and we don't link girls’ names or e-mail addresses to their preferences. Please feel free to read the full text of our privacy policy.
