What is this show or episode about?

It's mostly about this 15yr. old girl, Amy, who got pregnant after a one-night-stand with Ricky, a drummer at her high school, at band camp, and how she reacts to her situation and how she tries to hide the truth from everyone else-- esp. her mother. But there's also other characters with different story lines as well: Jack and Grace face troubles in their relationship after he went with another girl. And Adrian wants to have a real relationship with Ricky, but he doesn't want to take that step and just uses her for sex. There's also marriage problems between Amy's parents.

How frequently do you watch this show?

I watch it every time I'm home, and try to tape it if I'm not

Do you like the plots or stories of the show? What do you like or dislike about them?

For the most part, I do like the plots, I just wish that every single topic discussed in this show didn't relate to sex one way or another.

Is there anything you would like to see happen in the story of the show right now?

I want to know how Amy's parents will react to her pregnancy and I want Ricky to take responsibility for Amy and her baby.

Who are the main actors and actresses on this program, or the people who star in it?

Kenny Baumann as Ben (Amy's bf), India Eisley as Ashley (Amy's sister), Molly Ringwald (Amy's mother), Francia Raisa as Adrian, Megan Park as Grace, and Shailene Woodley as Amy.

How would you describe the acting?

Pretty good - some of the actors shine more than others.

Do you feel like you know the characters in the show personally, or that you can relate to the characters or people in it? Who is your favorite or least favorite?

At first, no; but now I think the actors and actresses are at that stage where they know their characters and can now make the audience really like (or dislike, depending on who they play) their characters and their lives in the show.

What age group would most enjoy watching this show? Any ages who wouldn't like it or shouldn't watch it?

It's definitely not for kids. It's a teen show. It's too explicit conversation-wise for anyone young enough not to know about the topics discussed in every scene to watch.

Do you know any interesting facts about the show, its actors or creators?

The star Shailene Woodley was in Felicity: An American Girl.

What, if anything, would you change about the way show is written, staged, or produced? Do you like the way the characters talk, what they wear, what the set looks like, etc.?

I wouldn't make every conversation in this show about sex, which I think they're starting to now. I want each character to have their own life and problems that aren't talked about in a way that it leads to or is caused by sex.

Do you have any other comments about yourself or the program that would give us a better understanding of your review?

No.
