What was the game/program about?

While visting Nancy's friend Mattie Jenson, you find that Rick Arlen, Mattie's ex and opposite on her daytime drama, is being threatened. You, as Nancy Drew, must put a stop to these terrible threats and keep Rick Arlen safe.

What was the best thing about it?

This and SOSR are my all-time favorite Nancy Drew games. The suspense in this game is great. Solving puzzles, interrogating suspects, sneaking into buildings, and sometimes even racing against the clock, it's all in this game. I recommend this for anybody's first Nancy Drew game. I also liked that what you were learning about was interesting. In the Secret of The Scarlet Hand, you had to learn about the Mayans which got boring, but in this game you mainly learn about films and filming equipment.

What was the worst thing about it?

The worst thing about it was...well...there was nothing wrong with this game. It was the first Nancy Drew game I had played and now continue to play ND games. Obviously ST4D did not turn me off to ND games.

Was it hard to understand? Was there a useful help section or instruction book?

No, if you are stuck you can call Nancy's boyfriend Ned or her friends Bess and George. They will give you a hint that should point you in the right direction.

How long can this game keep you occupied at one sitting?

It depends on your attention span. I could spend as little as 15 minutes or as much as 7 hours. 

How did you feel about the pictures/graphics?

They were very good, especially for one of the earlier Nancy Drew games. 

How did you feel about the sounds/audio?

Same for the pix and graphics. This was one of the earlier ND games which means the quality won't be as good but the mystery and intrigue make up for it. 

Was it easy to install?

Yes, it was very easy to install.
