I think it's designed for ages 13 to 18, but I'm 11 and I love it

Yes, I have ordered from it and hey sent all the right sizes. Everything fit except my Paul Frank pants, but I got them in the smallest size.

Most likely, the clothes are awesome.

I'm not sure. I think it's sort of like Alloy.
