Try their nail polish! At least some of their products are good!

It TOTALLY does not live up to its expectations! 

What is the best thing, if anything, about this product?

Um, the price. It's half the price of Nads, which is about the same type of product. 

What is the worst thing, if anything, about this product?

The whole product is awful! First off, they make it sound sooo great by telling you all the good points of the product, but they totally forget to mention the pain!! The worst thing is, though, that even if you follow all the directions EXACTLY, it still doesn't work!!! I know so because I followed EVERY SINGLE DIRECTION EXACT and the hair wouldn't come off, not to mention that my legs looked like a raspberry after!!! 

Would you buy this product again? Why or why not?

No way! It TOTALLY does not live up to its expectations!

Well, Nads seems better, but I've never used Nads.
