Your feet will feel relaxed, clean and smoother.

Yes, because it is way better than regular lotion and baby oil. It also dries much faster than lotion. 

Are there any other practical uses for this product that might not be advertised?

Apply it on your legs, knees and elbows for similar purpose. It also makes your feet smell nice :P

So far, none that I can think of.

Around $5 in my area. It's very reasonable.

Brand, because if one product of the brand is nice, then the other products of the same brands are most likely to be nice too. That way you can stick to the great brand.

Don't wear shoes that are too tight. Always wear socks to feel comfortable especially if you sweat a lot. Wash your socks and shoes regularly to avoid germs. Apply coconut milk as often as possible onto your legs for a smooth and clean effect.
