My hypothesis
Girls will be the ones who spend more money per month, about half of the people who take the survey will have a savings account and think savings bonds are good ideas. 50% of girls will have a higher ended budget per month than boys, except for the boys that constantly think of plans to keep a little coin in their pocket. Basically, the girls will earn more money than the boys.

The predictor
Gender

Statistical Measures

Mode: girl

The outcome
Amount of money earned

Statistical Measures

Median: 1 to 10
Mode: no allowance
Mean: 1.55, Std. Dev.: 1.94

Interpretation

amount in dollars

Statistical Measures

t=1.07, p=0.14263

Evaluation
My hypothesis was incorrect. I thought the girls would get more. Boys did instead. I guess the girls didn't do much work around the house and the boys tend to do more work around the house and get more pay because of their harder work.

Summary of findings
I found out that generally speaking, girls get less allowance maybe because they do less work.

Conclusion
Girls get less money than boys.
