Report Title:
Report on GO-GIRLs Explore Future Goals and Aspirations
Created by Gabbyo on August 01, 2008

My hypothesis
I believe that someone's important goals will affect their after high school plans. Lots of people will want to go to college.

The predictor
Someone's most important goal

Statistical Measures

Mode: education

The outcome
Someone's after high school plans

Statistical Measures

Mode: college

Interpretation
According to my results, more children plan to go to college for the education more than anything else. However, very few chose college for fame.

Statistical Measures

χ2=43.84 p=0.011301

Evaluation
In my results, my observation was that more children made plans to go to college than I thought, proving my hypothesis to be correct.

Summary of findings
I found that more young people are planning for a higher level of education, which is a good thing. I think that if young people are using their God-given brains for good, this world could start heading in the right direction. The economic system (the money world) would get better because smart people would know how to fix it.
Also, having future goals can assist in your future choices, allowing you to fulfill your dreams. For instance, if somebody wanted to become a daycare worker, they would most likely go to college to get childcare training or take an apprenticeship job as a daycare worker in preparation for his/her future job.

Conclusion
If I were to redo this report, I would add more questions such as "What would you like to do after High school?" or "What would be your reasons for going to college?"
