Here are what some SmartGirls had to say:
- I found something interesting the first time, but this time I didn't really enjoy it because I couldn't find the thing I was planning to go to today.
- It’s a nice fresh updated look that appeals to me much more than the old look. I find the website much easier to use.
- Everything is easy to get to and it has the answers to all my questions and problems.
- It's cool. It’s looks less "thrown together" than before.
- The colors are great, there's easy navigation, a search facility and it basically catches your attention!
- [I like it] Because the quality hasn't changed, just the design.
- It's harder to find the normal stuff, but I do like the Newsletter.
- I like it a lot, it way more modern, the old look was too old and needed change for a long time. This new look is hip and way more attractive, the other one was boring and didn't get the attention of many people.
- It's new! I like it because it looks a lot more like a professionally designed website. The navigation is still easy, but there's a fresh new look.

Here are what some SmartGirls had to say:
- They’re cute.
- They’re cool.
- I like them because they are not all white; they represent at least three shades in which girls come in.
- I like them because they show what real girls really look like. They aren’t exposing their stomach or flaunting their cleavage. They are showing what girls really are and I think that is so good!
- They’re too young looking.
- I like the different "personalities" that they each have and I think they are very "realistic."
- They’re ugly.
- They should be different shapes, sizes, and colors, an accurate portrayal of young girls.

Here are what some SmartGirls had to say:
- Nothing!
- Maybe the love letters and poems. They seem a bit soppy AND BORING.
- Crush barometer… because it ain’t true!
- I would remove the Creative Writing portion because there is too many writing's on this site and that is the least interesting.
- Fortune Teller, not because it's too stupid, but because it is too negative! I know it's just a joke (and I love such things like the crush barometer or the love calculator) but I asked a million questions and all the answers were No!
- Search. Why bother?
- The SmartScopes because they’re not true.
- Crush Barometer, Smart Scopes, Fortune Teller - these seem to go against the motto that girls think for themselves, are independent and make their own decisions.
- The color changer at the bottom. I clicked on it and it didn't do anything!
- Some of the reviews are worthless. Why do we need reviews from five years ago?
- The fortune teller, even though it’s fake it could hurt someone!
- The love letter stuff!! Love letters are so old; they remind me of when girls wore corsets!
