My hypothesis
I think that mostly older girls said that they liked journalism the best because in grammer school many children/students do not have the option of doing it.

The predictor
Age of smartgirl/boy

Looks like 12 13 and 14 year olds won :P

Statistical Measures

Median: 15
Mode: 14
Mean: 14.92, Std. Dev.: 3.3

The outcome
Favorite subject

About 16 people like journalism!

Statistical Measures

Mode: drama

Interpretation
The bars are all very close together so that means that there isn't much difference the voters' opinions of their favorite subject. If you look closely you can tell that most people said science and history were their faves. Most people did not say gym was their favorite. And looking at the ages of the voters was prediction was right that the majority of people that said journalism was their favorite were between 14 and 15 years of age.

Younger or older girls?

Evaluation
Well it looks like my hypothesis was relatively correct. The majority of the " writing lovers" are between the ages of 14 and 15 years old. Middle school and high school age as I suspected since I assumed that most grade schools do not have a class devoted to writing only.

Summary of findings
Beyond my study I think that this says that MOST teens start liking and appreciating writing more in middle school and high school instead of grammar school. I found that most people are different that me and don't enjoy to write as young as I do.

Conclusion
Well this time since I already know the ages of writing lovers i would like to know if more boys or girls said they like to write. Another thing that would be interesting to find out is what background the people who like writing are from. Like what country they are from and things like that.
