"Help!!!
I have a problem in school. I talk to almost everybody in school, but they treat me badly. I talk to them and they say things behind my back like, "Oh, she's annoying." It is annoying when people talk to me like that. Now, no one in school is talking to me. I try to talk to people and they just look at me and walk away. What should I do?"

Treat others as they treat you. Since they won't talk to you, don't talk to them and see how they like it for a change. |

Despite how badly you've been treated by some people at school, you shouldn't let that change the way you are. Keep on being friendly! This will not only show everyone how strong you are, but you may also win some new friends with your positive attitude. |

You should just forget about trying to be friends with the people who have been talking about you behind your back. Who wants friends like that anyway? Ignore them and move on. |

Approach the people who are talking about you and tell them (calmly) just how much their behavior hurts you. Maybe they don't realize how damaging their attitudes can be, and this might be a wake-up call for them. |

You don't want to be friends with them any way. If they are mean to you or gossip about you, just try to ignore it and find different friends who respect and care about you.
Just forget about the people and move on. Don't talk to the ones that are mean to you. Talk to people who are your friends. If you notice you go up to people and just start talking to them or you notice you keep talking, stop yourself and get to know people first and let them talk too. Soon you'll make friends and ignore everybody else. Good luck! I hope this helps. Ziffy,13
Find out the reason why they treat you like that then try to show your side. That way, you will lessen trouble, and maximize friendship. :}
I think you should just forget the this people who treat you badly and be the same and don't let them now they are hurting you because it will make them worse. Who wants friends that talk about you behind your back or even who don't talk to you at all :)
You should not have to put up with that! You should tell them how you feel. If it is still going on you should tell a teacher, it's soooo not right to put up with that!
I know that must be annoying, and that you're only trying to be friendly but maybe you should back off the people who talk about you behind your back. Try and establish a group of friends that you are really good friends with, then once you've done that slowly reach out to the other people in the school. If they don't like you once you've given them time then that's their fault!
First of all, hold your head high and act like you don't care. Still talk to people, but try making friends with people you wouldn't usually speak to much. Ignore the people who are saying mean things about you, they aren't worth bothering over. Smile to people, to show you aren't annoying. I'm sure soon everyone will see that it's worth having you as a friend. Roz
I think that you should just leave them alone, because one day they are going to really want to talk to you, and you can just ignore them like they did you.
If people are treating you that way, then you shouldn't worry about being friends with them. you should try to be friends with someone you know who is nice and will you nicely, and is nice to everyone else.
Ignore them. People who spread rumors are revealing the fact that they have no life because they have nothing better to do then make up stories about people. It's really very sad. Just keep on smiling and being friendly and people will start to see you as for the great person you are!
Don't forget to thank them for making you the center of their world!
