"I really like someone, but the problem is that he is a year younger than me! I told my best friend that I liked him because I thought I could trust her. But, she told the boy, all of his friends, and everyone in my grade. Now he likes me, but everyone is teasing me about liking someone younger. I tried to tell them to stop, but they won't. I want to tell everyone that I don't like them so they'll stop teasing me. But, if I do that, my boy's feelings will get hurt. I don't want to do that. What should I do?"

  • You sound smart. And you know darn well what to do. BE WITH WHOEVER MAKES YOU HAPPY!

  • If you spend all your time doing what others want, you make them happy. Do what makes you happy. :)

  • I'd like to say that it's okay to like someone younger than you. There's nothing wrong with that. Ignore everyone who's teasing you. Eventually, something will happen that will make them forget about the whole thing.
