Great Site!

Was looking around for some sites to suggest to my 11 year old that she might enjoy. She is quite a writer and academics are her strong spot so I was intrigued by your name. I had just been to gURLwURLd (o god......) and was losing faith, but you guys restored it! :)

I love that you have put this place together and what it's all about. I love that it seems to have older girls in mind as well and doesn't talk down and hasn't forgotten how intense the early adolescent years are. I will suggest SmartGirl to Kieran and hope that as she explores, she will remember and love how cool it is to be smart! :)

An Old SmartGirl

Hi there,

For some reason I remembered this site. I used to post a lot on here when I was 16-17, and I remember it being such a supportive community: a safe space for girls to share their hopes and dreams and their problems as well. I'm just so glad that the site is still operating and continues to be such a space. Keep up the good work!
